Qualifications

• Strong technical fluency and problem-solving skills.
• Precise and clear language, especially in written form.
• Genuine curiosity about people and their motivations.
• Ability to hand-code simple tools to prototype screening workflows.

Responsibilities

• Screen engineering candidates and produce reads for the team.
• Design and build talent systems and tooling.
• Collaborate daily with talent and engineering teams.
• Calibrate with engineers running later interview rounds.
