About the position:

Lyra Technology Group is looking for a fully remote Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing Australia/New Zealand regional team! We are seeking a dynamic individual with great communication skills and a proven track record of job placement to assist our Operating Companies in their search for talent. This role will see you working as the face of Lyra's Recruitment operations while collaborating with individual hiring managers at our network of companies in the Australia/New Zealand market to help fulfill their hiring needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and serve as the face of Lyra’s recruitment strategies in the Australian and New Zealand markets
  • Collaborate with Lyra employees to create a cohesive recruitment strategy across all operating companies
  • Develop and apply individually tailored hiring strategies for specific operating companies and the roles they need to fill
  • Determine through unbiased and meticulous filtering the most qualified applicants for each position
  • Execute strategies that align with Lyra's overall business goals
  • Provide leadership with strategic advice on how to attract, develop, engage, and retain the necessary talent to meet business goals
  • Participate in interviews and screenings with the goal of creating full applicant profiles for operating companies to review
  • Actively use recruitment platforms to source potential talent for open positions.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience in a recruitment-oriented role, internal recruitment strongly preferred
  • Experience consulting organizations on best hiring practices
  • Proven experience screening and interviewing potential candidates across a range of position types
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and job platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek
  • Leadership skills with a history of developing strategy and delegating tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to make decisions with incomplete or evolving data
  • An ambitious attitude and a desire to fulfill tasks to completion
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with high seniority team members
  • Previous experience conducting outreach to build a strong candidate pipeline

The base compensation for this role is $130,000-$140,000 AUD. Candidates are expected to reside in Australia or New Zealand, but the role will be fully remote aside from occasional travel obligations.
