Job summary

ELMO Software Pty Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across domains, aligning with our Talent Acquisition Strategy. Reporting to Head of Talent and Capability, you’ll build talent pipelines, coach interviewers, and drive selection tools while delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience with ATS, HR databases, and job boards.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Ability to adopt AI-driven sourcing and administrative tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from role approval to offer.
• Build talent pipelines and coach interviewers.
• Identify and integrate AI tools into sourcing and workflow.
• Manage pre-employment checks, onboarding and compliance.
• Champion employer branding and D&I initiatives.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and ad-hoc reporting.
