You will use LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search to identify passive candidates and support managers with best-practice recruitment strategies in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Business.
• Experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary recruitment strategies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-practice advice and hands-on support across end-to-end recruitment.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search to identify passive and high-potential candidates.
• Represent People & Culture on interview panels and coordinate assessments and checks.
• Utilise applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring processes and onboarding.
