Job summary

Maryborough-District-Health-Service invites applications for a Permanent Full-Time Senior Workforce Business Partner in our People & Capability team. You will provide expert HR consultancy across performance management, retention and change management, supporting our health service and line managers.

With an undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Psychology or Law and experience in People & Culture partnering, you will build strong relationships with unions and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deliver contemporary HR consultancy on performance management, conflict resolution and talent retention.
• Lead P&C processes including recruitment, classification evaluation and analytics.
• Advise and support to business areas on change management processes.
• Develop and maintaining relationships with unions, industry associations and state-based public sector organisations.
