Newcastle Anglican is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to connect great people with meaningful careers across aged care, education and community services. You will partner with leaders to deliver recruitment solutions, drive attraction strategies and create exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• HR qualification or similar
• Current drivers' licence
• 3+ years in a similar position
• Outstanding communication with evidence of problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to work with wide range of stakeholders to achieve organisational goals
• Excellent administration skills and ability to manage workload and deadlines
• Strong competency in Microsoft Suite and recruitment programs

Role & Responsibilities:

About you?

• Qualification in Human Resources or similar, or experience in relevant field
• Current drivers' licence
• 3+ years in a similar positionli>
• Outstanding communication with evidence of highly developed skills in problem-solving and negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to work with wide range of stakeholders to achieve organisational goals and objectives
• Excellent administration skills and demonstrated ability to effectively manage own workload and meet deadlines
• Strong competency in the use of Microsoft Suite, recruitment programs

• Recruitment experience in Independent Schools environment

You will also be required to have or be willing to obtain a NSW Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children) , NDIS Worker Screening Check , National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes) and partake in a functional assessment
