Job description

Talent Acquisition Contractor (6-Months) – Full Time

Location: North Sydney & Northmead

Work type: 6-month fixed-term contract | Full-time hours (Mon–Fri)

Hybrid working | Immediate start preferred -

We’re Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) – one of the region’s largest bottlers and proud partner of some of the world’s most iconic brands like Coca-Cola, Sprite, Mount Franklin and Kirks. With a workforce of thousands across Australia, our ability to deliver world-class beverages starts with hiring world-class people.

To help us navigate a high-volume recruitment period, we’re looking for a strategic, service-driven Talent Acquisition (TA) professional to join our team on a 6-month contract. You’ll support both delivery and uplift across recruitment execution, hiring manager partnering, and candidate experience. You’ll bring a calm, confident presence that inspires trust, supports change, and delivers results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic Talent Partnership

    • Act as the primary TA partner for your client group, shaping hiring strategies aligned with functional priorities and workforce plans.
    • Influence senior stakeholders through market insights, recruitment data and talent trends.
    • Represent Talent Acquisition at leadership forums and drive inclusion, diversity and excellence in all hiring activity.

  • End-to-End Recruitment Delivery

    • Manage 20+ requisitions at a time – spanning frontline through to Director-level roles.
    • Deliver across the full recruitment lifecycle – role briefing, sourcing, shortlisting, assessment, offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
    • Ensure a high-touch, inclusive experience for every candidate and hiring manager ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
    • Maintain compliance and data integrity in our ATS (SuccessFactors).

  • Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pipelining

    • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for critical, high-impact and those ‘needle in a haystack’ roles.
    • Use a variety of channels – from LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search, referrals to talent mapping and internal networks.
    • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines, bringing long-term thinking to every search.

  • TA Strategy, Projects & Continuous Improvement

    • Contribute to TA’s broader strategic goals, including projects, technology enhancements and process optimisation.
    • Monitor key metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, diversity representation, sourcing effectiveness).
    • Propose and implement improvements that raise the bar for efficiency, consistency and experience.

  • Capability Building & Influence

    • Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and supporting high performance.
    • Deliver hiring manager education sessions (e.g. inclusive interviewing, structured hiring).
    • Represent TA at external events like graduate campaigns or industry briefings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer-obsessed recruiter with a passion for excellence in candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Strong recruiter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly and efficiently – “busy” isn’t in your vocabulary; instead, you’re a master of prioritisation.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple portfolios and levels, including volume and niche roles.
  • A high-performance mindset – you bring energy, accountability and a bias toward action.
  • Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills – able to engage senior stakeholders and align hiring decisions with business strategy.
  • Highly adaptable, collaborative, comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Willing to bring your whole self to work – we’re a team of foodies and humans first. Connection and culture matter here.

Experience & Capabilities

  • 4–6 years’ experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally in-house, RPO or agency.
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume and strategic recruitment, across diverse portfolios.
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors or other enterprise ATS, and comfortable with recruitment tools like Seek Premium Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter and HireVue.
  • Proven track record delivering sourcing strategies, using Boolean, mapping, pooling and digital tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian labour laws and compliance expectations.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Previous experience within FMCG or other high-demand industries is highly desirable.

What’s In It For You

  • A rare opportunity to impact and uplift a high-profile TA function.
  • Generous monthly product allowance
  • Learning & development opportunities within Australia and globally
  • Supportive, inclusive and collaborative culture
  • Hybrid flexibility and a culture that values connection, contribution and continuous improvement.
