Role and Responsibilities
  • You will own end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across the business from briefing through to onboarding.

  • You will be a true business partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and craft compelling job advertisements and sourcing strategies

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates with a focus on quality and creating a great candidate experience

  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for future hiring needs

  • Use your professional insights to continuously improve our recruitment process and secure top talent

  • Represent our brand at events, job fairs, and networking opportunities

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring across multiple disciplines including experienced hire.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools, Workday is highly desirable.

  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset.

  • Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences.
