About the Company

Noisette Bakery and Brasserie Bread are the largest supplier of fresh baked artisanal bread and pastries to cafes, restaurants, and catering groups across Australia. Now a national team with almost 700 people, we’re busy 24 x 7, making and delivering delicious baked goodies from our artisanal bakeries in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Now part of George Weston Foods, one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading food manufacturers, we combine the strength of a national organisation with the heart of a craft-focused bakery business.

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strengthen the overall talent function.

What you’ll bring
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an in-house manufacturing, FMCG, food production, logistics or multi-site environment.

  • Proficiency with recruitment systems, sourcing platforms and recruitment reporting.

  • Sound business acumen and a commercially focused approach to talent.
