Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years end-to-end talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting risk and/or consulting roles preferred.
• Experience in internal or agency recruiting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to source and headhunt candidates using various platforms.
• Autonomous worker with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for a variety of roles across Australian offices.
• Manage relationships with Partners and senior stakeholders to attract top talent.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and champion the firm’s brand externally.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
