Based in Truganina VIC or Orchard Hills NSW, we are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to support recruitment activity across our Australia & New Zealand operations. Reporting to the Talent Manager, this role will partner closely with business leaders to drive end-to-end hiring processes, source high-quality candidates, and build talent pipelines that support CEVA’s continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring both candidate and manager experience is of a high standard
- Guide managers and candidates through nuanced recruitment conversations, balancing market data, role requirements, and long-term workforce planning needs
- Apply CEVA’s remuneration frameworks and salary ranges strategically during recruitment and offer processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and competitiveness
- Support volume hiring for new business launches and workforce scaling
- Drive proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement for key roles
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, prepare offers, maintain accurate records, and manage onboarding data entry with a strong compliance focus
- Maintain recruitment systems, reporting and trackers with strong attention to detail
- Deliver training and coaching to hiring managers to build recruitment capability
- Champion continuous improvement and recruitment best practices
Qualifications / What we are looking for
- Proven ability to build trust through well-judged, nuanced conversations with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong applied understanding of the NES and FWA, enterprise agreements and Australian employment contract terms and conditions
- Experience applying remuneration frameworks and managing salary negotiations within internal policies and ranges
- High level of administration accuracy and compliance focus, including meticulous record-keeping, offer preparation, and recruitment data management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and confidence managing recruitment systems, trackers and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to escalate appropriately when needed
- Experience using a Tier 1 HCMS (such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Taleo or similar)
- Strong sourcing, LinkedIn, and candidate engagement capabilities
- Experience in logistics or supply chain recruitment (desirable)
