  6. Working closely with the TA team and hiring managers from the inception of a vacancy through till final offer stage

We are keen on recruiters who love recruiting and see further growth as a Talent Acquisition specialist for their future where we have opportunities for genuine career development. We have flexibility for this role to be based out of one of our Australian offices with a preference for either Melbourne or Perth.

  4. The ability to earn respect and confidence of colleagues and managers and take initiative on tasks and working towards more autonomy within the team.
  5. Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite and a range of HR Information Systems (we are currently implementing WorkDay – so experience here would be beneficial).
  6. Applicants with an existing network within the Engineering or Sciences sector will be highly regarded.

Our Benefits:
We are proud of our unique culture where we work together to collaborate on projects to get the best possible outcome for our clients.
