As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will partner with people leaders to manage end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume portfolio of call centre, sales and field-based roles. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner and working closely with HR Business Partners to understand business needs, shape effective recruitment strategies and deliver a responsive candidate and stakeholder experience.
This role goes beyond filling today's vacancies. You will support leaders with practical advice, selection tools and structured assessment approaches that enable strong, inclusive hiring decisions.

We're looking for an experienced recruiter who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while building trusted relationships and keeping an eye on future talent needs.
Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline are advantageous but not essential.
At Capricorn, we're committed to creating an environment where our people can thrive, both professionally and personally. That's why we've built a range of benefits that support wellbeing, flexibility, development, and important moments in life, helping our people do their best work while balancing what matters most to them.
