Job summary

Downer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the Transport & Infrastructure team at the Collins Street office. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, deliver market insights, develop sourcing strategies and provide exceptional candidate experiences across frontline to senior leadership roles.

You will influence hiring outcomes through innovative sourcing and collaborate with leaders across a diverse portfolio while benefiting from a supportive recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across frontline and salaried roles, internal or agency environments.
• Sourcing across platforms such as Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs), Awards and employment conditions.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Transport & Infrastructure team, based at our Collins Street office. As a trusted recruitment partner, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, develop sourcing strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences across a diverse portfolio of roles, ranging from frontline operational positions through to specialist and senior leadership appointments.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative recruitment team where you’ll have the autonomy to influence hiring outcomes, drive innovative sourcing strategies and partner with leaders across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

What You'll Bring

• Ideally, you’ll have experience recruiting across a mix of frontline and salaried roles, either within an internal recruitment team or a recruitment agency environment
• Proven sourcing and search experience across platforms such as Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Knowledge of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs), Awards and employment conditions
• A strong sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional candidate care and communication skills
• A champion of inclusive hiring practices who promote equal opportunities for all candidates
• Ability to build strong business relationships and understand hiring managers requirements
