Job description

Sydney Sports Management Group (SSMG) is an established privately-owned, Australian specialist facilities management company. With over 30 years of experience owning and managing a variety of Leisure and Sporting Centres. Today, SSMG is Sydney's largest tennis management group, and has now expanded into health and fitness, golf, padel, pickleball, squash, multi + corporate sport and cafe operations.

As part of our house of sporting brands, TagLeague is a non-tackling game based off Rugby League. With eight players per team, the objective is to score tries in attack and in defence tagging the ball carrier by removing the tag from the shorts.

About the Role

Reporting to the Multisport Manager, this role will be responsible for the expansion and retention of TagLeague teams in various locations across Metro Sydney. You will have oversight of both Junior and Adult competitions and manage the full operation of TagLeague to ensure product delivery is on point every single time.

This role will include:

  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding experiences for our clients
  • Manage the expansion of TagLeague across metro Sydney
  • Build strong relationships with Rugby League clubs to encourage year-round participation
  • Use insights to inform retention strategies
  • Work with both casual and full-time employees to support the delivery of TagLeague
