Endeavour Group’s Albion Charles venue is seeking a Gaming Attendant to engage guests with enthusiasm, handle payouts, and ensure compliance with RSA and gaming regulations. The role requires flexible availability across days, evenings, and weekends, including graveyard shifts, while supporting a collaborative pub culture.

Ideal candidates hold RSA and RSG/RCG certificates, with TAB and Gaming experience valued.

Qualifications

• You hold current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
• TAB and Gaming experience is highly regarded.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and manual handling as part of regular duties.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests and share passion for products to create memorable moments.
• Support a culture of safety, RSA and gaming compliance.
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling in line with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
