Job summary

Endeavour Group's ALH Redbank Plains Tavern is seeking a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You’ll help ensure responsible gambling and RSA/RCG compliance while handling payouts with accuracy.

This hands-on role involves manual tasks, flexible availability across days, evenings and weekends, and you’ll be part of a supportive team that values safety, service, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
