Job summary

Endeavour Group's Glengala Hotel is seeking a proactive TAB & Gaming Attendant to welcome guests, handle gaming operations, and help maintain a safe, responsible environment in line with RSA and RCG/RCG requirements.

You'll work with the team across day, evening and weekend shifts, perform cash handling and payouts per hotel policy, and enjoy staff discounts and development opportunities as part of a supportive, community-focused pub group.

Qualifications

• RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications required.
• TAB experience preferred.
• Role involves manual tasks and lifting as part of duties.

About the Role

TAB & Gaming Attendant |Glengala Hotel

With great gaming comes great responsibility! We’re looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. To be suitable for this role, you’ll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations. Sound like a good fit? Game on!

A day in the life of a TAB & Gaming Attendant

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

What do we need from you

About you

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
• You have some experience working TAB
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
