Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a proactive Gaming Supervisor to lead a welcoming, standards-driven gaming floor at Glengala Hotel in Melbourne. You will ensure compliance with RSA and gaming regulations while delivering warm, authentic service to guests.

In this hands-on role you’ll manage cash handling, assist guests with machine play, and work as part of a team across day, evening and weekend shifts, contributing to a safe, inclusive pub environment.

Qualifications

• RSA certification required.
• RSG/RCG qualifications required.
• Proven guest service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability across day, evenings and weekends.

Gaming Supervisor | Glengala Hotel

With great gaming comes great responsibility! We’re looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. To be suitable for this role, you’ll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations. Sound like a good fit? Game on!

A day in the life of a Gaming Supervisor

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

Qualifications

About you:

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
