Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a TAB Attendant for our Melbourne venue. You will greet guests, describe menu items, and recommend meals and drinks to enhance visits. You’ll maintain high standards from opening to close and join the gaming team as needed.

The role emphasizes a friendly, guest-focused approach with a willingness to learn. An RSA, TAB basics/advanced, and flexible availability are required to succeed.

We’re searching high and low for a true ‘people person’ with a real passion for pub food and drinks. Sure, everyone serves food and drinks but you bring the magic and make it unforgettable!

A day in the life of a TAB Attendant:

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
• From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
• You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
• You have a current RSA, TAB Basics or TAB Advanced qualifications and flexible availability.
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
