Job summary

Executive in Melbourne, VIC, seeks a Test and Evaluation Practitioner to join CASG on the LAND 4140 program. The role blends T&E and engineering tasks in a hybrid setting, coordinating tests, trials and technical artefacts with Army and industry partners.

You will develop TES/TEMP, manage T&E documentation and provide informed advice to support capability decisions across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Test and Evaluation Practitioner – Mandatory
• Engineering Degree – Mandatory
• T&E accreditation – Preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver assigned T&E activities while supporting Platform Integration Team.
• Work across T&E and engineering functions, liaising with Project Manager, Army stakeholders and commercial partners.
• Develop, review and maintain TES, TEMP and associated T&E artefacts; ensure alignment with governance.
• Conduct and support Preview T&E, Developmental T&E, Acceptance T&E, Operational T&E and In‑Service T&E.
• Manage risk and perform V&V to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Produce high‑quality T&E reports and technical assessments; provide expert advice on capability decisions.
