Systems Engineers, Safety Assurance, RAM - Rail / Aviation / Defence

We have multiple positions for:

• Systems & Requirements Engineers (all levels of experience)
• Safety Assurance & RAM (all levels of experience)

What You'll Need:

• Familiarity with applying EN/CENELEC codes and standards is highly desirable
• Experience in rail, Aviation or defence on complex, high-profile projects that require strict regulation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication as a trusted advisor with the ability to translate complex engineering processes to non-engineers
• A dynamic individual who can work across multiple projects or disciplines (including Aviation and Defence if required)
• Pragmatic and Customer-Centric to provide the best outcomes
• Values-driven with an excellent work ethic and a high moral compass

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical/ Electro-mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Communication, or similar
• A master's degree or professional certification is advantageous.
• Working experience interpreting and applying relevant standards.
• Solid communication skills, including business writing and presentations.
• Working knowledge of safety demonstration processes.
• Good analytical and judgment skills for solving complex problems and evaluating alternative solutions
