Under the guidance of the System Support Lead, the System Support Coordinator – Pathways & Classification will manage a small portfolio of National Sporting Organisations (NSOs). The Coordinator will work collaboratively across this portfolio to connect and align pathway opportunities, address barriers to athlete entry and progression through the Paralympic pathway and provide administrative support for the delivery of sport-specific classification programs. You are a process-driven coordinator who combines strong administration with a collaborative and practical approach. You are organised, accurate and comfortable following up with your NSOs and other stakeholders to gather information, prepare documentation and keep records up to date.
You bring strong attention to detail, sound communication and dependable follow-through. You handle sensitive information with discretion, follow established processes and confidently ask questions or elevate complex matters when further input is needed. You are self-motivated, willing to learn and able to contribute positively in a fast-paced team environment.
At Paralympics Australia, we prioritise the continuous development of our team members, nurturing leadership qualities. As a valued member of the PA team, you will receive support and opportunities for growth through access to ongoing professional development in leadership.
