What is the role?

The Digitisation Project is responsible for developing, implementing and enhancing the AFP's Digital Records Management Solution (DRMS).

The role will lead the platform administration aspect for the DRMS implementation and ongoing performance.

What will you do?

The role will work in collaboration with nominated AFP personnel to:

  • Manage DRMS systems within the AFP Azure platform
  • Monitor DRMS servers and services
  • Facilitate, coordinate and test DRMS patching, upgrades and testing
  • Work with AFP business users, system engineers, integration specialists and Cybersecurity specialists
  • Issue and problem resolution coordination with vendors and AFP technical resources
  • Comply with technical change management practices
  • Enforce compliance in the Enterprise ICT environment
  • Contribute to solution design, technical governance and standard operating procedures
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-skilling with other AFP technical peers
  • Record and maintain files/information in accordance with AFP requirements
  • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in Platform Administration
  • Relevant qualification or extensive experience and knowledge in area of expertise
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
