Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT and at least one year of Systems Analyst experience, plus strong stakeholder engagement and a structured approach to problem solving. Flexibility to work outside normal hours may be required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks, with flexibility to work beyond standard hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Analyse user and business requirements and configure systems to meet organisational needs.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, security policies and group policies.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot servers, networks and system software.
• Install, test and implement hardware and software upgrades and system improvements.
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure, in-house servers and cloud-based systems.
• Monitor system and network performance and resolve technical issues with remote and on-site support.
• Maintain regular data backups and ensure data security and integrity.
• Document system configurations, maintenance activities, incidents and procedures.
• Prepare technical manuals and user documentation for system operations.
• Maintain IT hardware, network equipment and software inventory records.
• Perform routine network start-up, shutdown, maintenance and monitoring procedures.
• Provide emergency technical support and troubleshoot system and network failures.

• A structured approach to problem-solving, documentation, and prioritisation.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and the confidence to ask questions and seek clarity when needed.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and perform well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work beyond standard business hours when required (e.g., project cutovers, urgent changes, client needs).

Annual Salary: AUD $80,000.00 to AUD $ 90,000.00
