Job summary

Think Renewable, Sydney's Surry Hills HQ, is hiring for an Entry Level Solar Sales role with full training and WHV welcome. You’ll earn $34.76/hr + super, weekly pay, and uncapped commissions, with an OTE of $70,000–$95,000.

No direct sales experience required—the sales skills from retail will be your fast track to success. You’ll travel across Sydney, talk to homeowners about solar options, build rapport, hit daily targets with live coaching, and own your territory from week one.

Qualifications

• Retail background gives you an advantage even if you haven't done direct sales.
• Full training provided with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily face-to-face conversations with homeowners about solar and battery solutions.
• Apply your retail communication skills to a commission-based sales role.
• Hit daily targets with coaching from a supportive team.
• Own your territory, pipeline, and results from week one.
• Develop a complete sales toolkit beyond typical retail.
• Earn weekly pay with uncapped commission and OTE.
