Job summary

Delta Electronics in Sydney is seeking a Graduate Power Systems Engineer to support the Solutions Engineer and Key Account Manager on telecommunications and industrial projects. You will develop system drawings, create part numbers and BOMs, and assist with tender responses within defined timeframes.

You will learn AC and DC power systems, ensure compliance with AS/NZS standards, and collaborate with production and planning teams to deliver accurate documentation and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Project Management Degree or certification (Desired).
• Understanding AS/NZS standards and BCA (NCC).

Responsibilities

• Attend training on engineering services and related internal applications and tools.
• Learn new products and maintain technical knowledge of features and applications.
• Assist with tender documents and complete drawings and BOMs for production.
• Create part numbers and manage delivery to meet project timeframes.
• Review tender specs and provide compliance statements for proposed systems.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure delivery dates and requirements.
• Support with engineering queries and provide recommendations.
