Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Guidewire Senior Consultant to join our Sydney-based delivery team. You will lead end-to-end configuration, development, and integration across Guidewire InsuranceSuite, working closely with clients to drive architectural outcomes and value delivery.

Come aboard a high-impact role focused on GWCP, AI-forward tooling, and seamless onshore-offshore collaboration, with on-site requirements in Sydney and interactions with QBE stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ACE certification in PolicyCenter or BillingCenter.
• Experience on at least one full-cycle Guidewire cloud implementation or migration.
• Proficiency in Gosu scripting, PCF configuration, and data model extensions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration, development, and integration across Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PC/BC).
• Drive technical design discussions and solution architecture aligned with GWCP best practices.
• Oversee code quality, peer reviews, and Guidewire coding standards (Gosu, PCF, Integration Gateway).
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and value stream leads to manage sprint delivery and velocity.
• Engage client stakeholders and maintain delivery continuity between Sydney and offshore teams.
