• Lead business architecture and operating model design for P&C insurance transformation initiatives.
• Define business capabilities, value streams, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Align Guidewire capabilities with business objectives and drive transformation across underwriting, policy, claims, billing, and distribution.
• Facilitate executive workshops and provide strategic advisory to business and technology leaders.
• Build and grow the Guidewire consulting practice, including offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market assets.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of insurance and Guidewire professionals.
