Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in growth analytics, business analytics, and PM in fast-paced environments.
• Bias to action with end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Ability to create clarity from ambiguity and communicate clearly.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all org levels.
• Proven ability to storytelling, influence, and rally cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to contextualize recommendations within broader company strategy.
• Strong multi-tasking and coordination across functions.

Responsibilities

• Align all functions to achieve ANZ objectives with Country Manager.
• Lead weekly cross-functional project meetings to keep initiatives on track.
• Analyze macro and micro trends using internal and external data sources and present insights to leadership.
• Own day-to-day business analysis and anticipate changes to maximize growth and minimize risk.
• Define problems, articulate solutions, identify dependencies, and drive end-to-end initiatives across demand, supply and regulatory surfaces.
• Support Country Manager in delivering performance narratives for key metrics in reviews.
