Job summary

You will own end-to-end projects, present insights to senior leaders, and foster alignment across teams. A tenacious, data-driven communicator with 10+ years of experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of work experience in growth, analytics, and project management.
• Bias to action with ability to own projects end-to-end.
• Comfort in uncertain environments and turning abstraction into clarity.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• World-class written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Align functions to achieve Australia & New Zealand business objectives with Country Manager.
• Lead weekly cross-functional project meetings and drive key initiatives in country.
• Analyze macro/micro trends using data sources and present insights to leadership.
• Own day-to-day business analysis and anticipate changes to maximize growth.
• Conceptualize and execute cross-functional initiatives end-to-end across demand, supply, and regulatory surfaces.
• Support performance narratives for key metrics in senior leader reviews.
