Job summary

Protech has opportunities for up to 10 A Grade Electricians/Overseas Qualified Electricians to join our clients' teams on projects in and around the Campbellfield Melbourne area.

We are seeking electricians with a minimum of 2 years field experience; those with industrial/switchboard manufacturing backgrounds are highly regarded. Ongoing work, day shifts start at 6am, OT available as demand grows. Competitive pay of $42.00ph – $60.00ph + super + penalties.

Qualifications

• Qualified A Grade Electricians (Australian or recognised overseas trade).
• Experience in switchboard manufacturing preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR & LV Rescue training.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Building and wiring custom switchboards
• Installing switchgear & cable containment
• Reading schematics, drawings, and blueprints
• Conducting electrical testing on switchboards

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Ongoing role working Monday to Friday and Saturdays on requirement
• Day shifts from6am starts
• OT on offer as the work ramps up, 8-10 hour days
• $42.00ph – $60.00ph + super + penalties
• Consistent pipeline of work
