Job summary

Protech is seeking up to 10 A Grade Electricians/Overseas Qualified Electricians to join our clients' teams in and around the Campbellfield Melbourne area. The role involves building and wiring custom switchboards, installing switchgear, reading schematics, and conducting electrical testing.

Ongoing day shifts with potential OT, Monday to Friday and Saturdays on requirement. Reliable transport and strong safety focus are essential, with opportunities across a pipeline of projects in

Qualifications

• Qualified A Grade Electricians (Australian or recognised overseas trade).
• Experience in switchboard manufacturing setting.
• CPR & LV Rescue certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Building and wiring custom switchboards.

• Reading schematics, drawings and blueprints.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Qualified A Grade Electricians (Australian or recognised overseas trade)
• Previous experience working in a switchboard manufacturing setting
• CPR & LV Rescue (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to be on your feet for8-10 hour days
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Strong safety focus & attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Ongoing role working Monday to Friday and Saturdays on requirement
• Day shifts from6am starts
• OT on offer as the work ramps up, 8-10 hour days
• Consistent pipeline of work
