Job summary

Nip Tuck Swim is seeking a hands-on Swimwear Design & Product Developer to join our Sydney team. You will design and develop product under branded guidelines, manage critical path timelines, and liaise with factories and offshore suppliers to uphold DNA, innovation, and cost targets.

You will bring 3+ years in a fast-paced Designer/Product developer role, a passion for swimwear, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Excel. Experience in swim is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a fast-paced Designer/Product developer role.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Excel.
• Experience dealing with offshore suppliers and factories.
• Strong planning and time-management abilities.
• Passion for swimwear and brand DNA.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop product under branded guidelines on a timely critical path.
• Present trend boards and colour palettes with key silhouettes.
• Source fabrics, trims and yardage prints.
• Liaise with factories and offshore suppliers to ensure quality and cost targets.
• Create look books and design presentation materials.
• Work closely with Brand Manager to grow the brand globally.
