Job summary

The Talent Mill is partnering with a Sydney-based, multi-brand fashion business. We are hiring a Senior Designer to lead collection development across womenswear and swim, working within a collaborative team to create relevant, distinctive and commercially successful product.

You’ll drive the design process from concept through to sales samples and final range sign-off, translate seasonal direction into cohesive collections, and prepare CADs, tech packs and range boards for approval.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a womenswear design role.
• Experience designing women’s swimwear.
• Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Advanced Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
• Strong CAD/tech pack development experience.
• Ability to interpret trends into brand collections.
• Confident presenting collections to teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design process from concept to sales samples.
• Translate seasonal direction into cohesive collections.
• Prepare CADs, tech packs, and range boards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production and Garment Technician.
• Present completed sample ranges for approval.
• Attend fittings and resolve construction details.
