Carlile Swim North Lakes is seeking passionate Swim Teachers to join our supportive team. Whether you're an experienced instructor or new to the industry, we provide training and ongoing coaching to help you grow.

You'll teach engaging swimming lessons to children, build confidence and ensure a safe, fun learning environment. Flexible casual hours accommodate study, family commitments and other roles.

Qualifications

• Confident around water.
• Clear communication with families and teammates.
• Reliable and able to commit to regular weekly shifts.
• Open to feedback and following a structured program.

Responsibilities
