Belgravia Leisure is seeking a passionate Swim School Instructor for Pelican Park Recreation Centre in Hastings, VIC. This casual role involves delivering swimming lessons to a wide range of ages, maintaining water safety, and clear communication with participants and parents.

You’ll join a friendly team and contribute to a supportive learning environment. Applicants should hold current First Aid, CPR, WWC, National Police Check, and a current AUSTSWIM certificate.

Qualifications

• Qualified swimming instructor with relevant certifications.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision.

The Role

Pelican Park Recreation Centre is looking for energetic, confident and motivated people to join our Swim School team.

TheSwim School Instructordelivers swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities. Successful applicants will be effective communicators who demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

You will possess strong time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision. Relevant industry qualifications are essential.

Multiple casual positions available.

Skills & Attributes:

• Energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends and must be empathetic to the needs of the classes
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team

Qualifications
