Job summary

Pelican Park Recreation Centre in Hastings, VIC, is seeking energetic Swim School Instructors to deliver swimming lessons and promote water safety. The role suits individuals who communicate well, manage time effectively and enjoy working with children in a team setting.

The Role

Pelican Park Recreation Centre is looking for energetic, confident and motivated people to join our Swim School team.

The Swim School Instructor delivers swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities. Successful applicants will be effective communicators who demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

You will possess strong time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision. Relevant industry qualifications are essential.

Multiple casual positions available.

Skills & Attributes:

• Energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends and must be empathetic to the needs of the classes
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team

Qualifications
