Carlile Swim North Lakes is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead the swim school team and develop Swim Teachers on deck.

This role covers teaching, supervision, and day-to-day operations, with a focus on training, coaching, and safeguarding to deliver a consistently high-quality learn-to-swim program for children and families in Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Must have strong swim teaching and learn-to-swim knowledge.
• Experience coaching and giving constructive feedback.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding and training teachers and placements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop Swim Teachers with coaching and feedback.
• Champion high-quality teaching and program delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, train and support new teachers and placements.
• Teach and supervise classes on pool deck.
• Support rostering, scheduling and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor swimmer progression and maintain program standards.
• Collaborate with centre leadership to drive performance.
• Promote safeguarding and a positive team culture.
