Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking energetic Swim School Instructors for Winchelsea Swimming Pool, VIC. Casual positions available to teach school groups during school hours. You will deliver lessons to diverse ages, communicate clearly, and maintain safety and organisation with teamwork and minimal supervision.

Required qualifications include First Aid, CPR, WWCC, National Police Check, and a current AUSTSWIM certificate. Join a growing group committed to water safety and student progress.

Qualifications

• Energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team with minimal supervision.
• Current First Aid (Level 2) & CPR Certificate required.
• Working With Children Check (or equivalent) required.
• National Police Check required.
• Current AUSTSWIM Certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents with attention to detail.
• Maintain safe and organized lessons with good time management.
• Work as part of a team to support the Swim School program.
