Curiosity Tree Early Education is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the end-to-end candidate experience in a flexible, remote, part-time role. You will screen resumes, match candidates to our childcare centres, and coordinate interviews while maintaining warm, professional communication with applicants.

You'll work in our People & Culture team, reporting to the People & Culture Lead, with 16 hours per week and scope to increase during peak periods.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, from initial screen to offer.
• Strong communication and candidate-care mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and candidates remotely.

Curiosity Tree Early Education is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team and help us find the right people for our growing network of centres. This is a work-from-home role, perfect for a skilled recruiter who wants genuine flexibility without stepping away from a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

Reporting to our People & Culture Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end candidate experience — from first screen through to offer — and be the friendly, professional face of Curiosity Tree throughout every candidate’s journey.

100% work from home — permanent part-time role

• 16 hours per week, spread over 4 days, with scope to increase to 20 hours during peak periods
