Qualifications

• Retail experience in premium or lifestyle brands.
• Warm, engaging personality focused on service excellence.
• Strong sales and service orientation.
• Team spirit with clear floor communication.
• Weekend/weekday flexibility for busy trade times.
• Passion for sustainability and well‑designed products.
• Able to work 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable experiences for every customer stepping into the store.
• Share product knowledge and educate customers on sustainable choices.
• Support day-to-day operations, stock management, and visual merchandising.
• Contribute to store events, launches and activations with impact.
• Achieve sales and service targets while enjoying a high-energy team culture.
• Maintain brand standards and presentation on the shop floor.
