Job summary

Holcim's Humes division in WA seeks a Project Engineer to drive safety, quality, and production planning on major infrastructure precast projects. You will assess drawings, BOMs, and tender documents, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on schedule.

The role emphasizes mechanical/civil engineering fundamentals, problem solving, and strong communication, with opportunities to lead from infancy to completion in a dynamic, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Process, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Civil is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and BOMs for constructability.
• Develop estimates and approval docs during tender phase.
• Tender precast products to civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop production plans aligned with targets.
• Identify and implement improvement initiatives.
• Support tender and quotation teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Minimise project risk and maintain current documents.
