Cater Care Group at Newcastle Airport is seeking an experienced Sushi Artisan to join our Sushi Sushi team. If you understand the art of preparing quality sushi and sashimi and are committed to delivering a consistently excellent food experience, we’d love to hear from you.

You will prepare fresh sushi, manage bulk preparation and deliver friendly service while upholding food safety and hygiene standards in an airport setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sushi and sashimi preparation.
• Ability to manage bulk food preparation while keeping quality.
• Strong focus on food safety, hygiene and presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to assist with dishwashing and general kitchen duties.
