Bennett + Bennett is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our Cadastral Surveying team on the Gold Coast. This role offers exposure to iconic projects and the opportunity to work with industry leaders in surveying and spatial solutions.

Established in 1968, Bennett + Bennett delivers surveying, town planning and spatial services across Southeast Queensland. You will contribute to high‑quality projects, collaborating with a top‑tier team and leveraging cutting‑edge technology.

Formación

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Surveying is required or highly regarded.
• Registration from the Surveyors Board of Queensland as Graduate Surveyor or higher is advantageous.
• Experience in cadastral based projects is desirable.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential.

Your Role and Impact:

• Project Contribution:Play a key role in highly technical and interesting cadastral projects, contributing to their success and quality.
• Surveying Excellence:Conduct precise and accurate surveys, ensuring high-quality results.
• Quality Assurance:Maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all surveying tasks.
• Fieldwork and Office Tasks:Engage in a diverse array of tasks, including fieldwork, office calculations, pre-calculations, sketches, and processing.
• Client Interaction:Liaise with internal personnel and clients, ensuring smooth communication and project progress.
• Innovation:Utilise advanced surveying technologies and methodologies, driving innovation in all your projects.

What You Bring:

• Expertise:Proven experience as a surveyor, with exposure to cadastral based projects advantageous.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in using 12d software, Trimble, and Leica Survey equipment.
• Qualifications:Bachelor or Associate degree in Surveying, with registration from the Surveyors Board of Queensland as a Graduate Surveyor or higher being highly regarded.
• Attention to Detail:Excellent time management and organisational skills, ensuring accuracy and high-quality results.
