House Surveys is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our Milton-based team. You'll work on construction, spatial and cadastral projects, performing field surveys and office calculations, while liaising with clients to ensure smooth progress.

We value accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work across field and office tasks. A Bachelor or Associate degree in Surveying with registration is highly regarded, and you’ll join a supportive, collaborative environment with career

• Surveying Excellence:Conduct precise and accurate surveys, ensuring high-quality results.
• Quality Assurance:Maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all surveying tasks.
• Fieldwork and Office Tasks:Engage in a diverse array of tasks, including fieldwork, office calculations, pre-calculations, sketches, and processing.
• Client Interaction:Liaise with internal personnel and clients, ensuring smooth communication and project progress.
• Innovation:Utilise advanced surveying technologies and methodologies, driving innovation in all your projects.

What You Bring:

• Expertise:Proven experience as a surveyor, with exposure to spatial, cadastral and construction-based projects being highly regarded.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in using 12d software and Trimble Survey equipment
• Qualifications:Bachelor or Associate degree in Surveying, with registration from the Surveyors Board of Queensland as a Graduate Surveyor or higher being highly regarded.
• Attention to Detail:Excellent time management and organisational skills, ensuring accuracy and high-quality results.
