Job summary

You will drive data management standards, mentor teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and ensure high‑quality surveying services across investigation, development, construction and asset maintenance.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Land Surveyor in NSW or mutual recognition equivalent.
• Current NSW driver license and ability to work overtime/night/weekend as required.
• Experience in surveying, infrastructure, engineering, construction, utilities, transport or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of surveying capability across the North and Hunter region.
• Provide expert technical advice to project teams and drive best practices in data management.
• Lead and mentor teams, manage workforce planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver high-quality surveying services across investigation, development, construction and asset maintenance phases.
• Influence major infrastructure outcomes and support successful project delivery.
