In this role, you’ll:

This role will see you lead, supervise, and project manage survey projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality surveying services that meet business and program objectives.

You will drive efficiencies, maintain technical excellence, and manage project outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, audit survey data, and ensure compliance with regulatory and technical standards while mentoring team members and fostering professional growth.

Permanent Full-time opportunities within our North Region hub - Grafton.

Your expertise in surveying and project management, formed across infrastructure and technical environments, will see you deliver high-quality survey projects, uphold data integrity, and drive compliance with industry standards.

You hold a Diploma qualification (or equivalent) in Surveying and have demonstrated experience in managing technical risks and providing expert surveying advice in infrastructure or other projects.

You're skilled at managing survey projects, leading and mentoring junior staff, and working with modern surveying technologies and practices, and experienced in technical risk management, multi-CADD environments, and regulatory compliance.

You also hold a valid Australian motor vehicle driver’s licence, enabling you to work across diverse project locations.
