Reporting to Directors, you will mentor office and field teams, manage budgets and resources, and cultivate strong client relationships to drive growth and future leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed or Registered Surveyor preferred.
• Strong background in cadastral and land development surveying.
• Proven leadership experience managing survey teams and project delivery.
• Commercially minded with strong client-facing skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to take on broader business responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of major subdivision and land development projects.
• Lead and mentor office and field survey teams.
• Oversee project budgets, costings and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, consultants and key stakeholders.
