Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an experienced Survey Manager to run their own office on the Sunshine Coast and lead a team of surveyors. You will oversee all surveying operations for civil and construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to standards.

The role requires a Registered SBQ Surveyor with at least five years as a Senior Surveyor, a hands-on management style, and strong 12d Software skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Surveyor with SBQ is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Surveyor.
• Hands-on leadership for cadastral and land development projects.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient with 12d Software.
• Desire to grow the business and mentor junior team members.

Our client requires a Survey Manager, to play a pivotal role in overseeing all surveying operations and ensuring successful project delivery for civil and construction clients. This full-time position offers the chance to utilise your strong technical expertise and leadership skills within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Is a leading provider of high-quality surveying services to the civil and construction industry who is seeking to establish a base on the Sunshine Coast with a focus on the involvement and delivery of Olympic related infrastructure in time for the 2032 Games.

What you'll be doing

• Manage a team of surveyors and technical staff to deliver high-quality surveying services
• Oversee the planning, scheduling and coordination of all survey projects

This role is well suited to someone with prior experience in a Private Survey Practice, with the ability to simultaneously coordinate and manage multiple projects and clients.
